Privacy

NeverDrop is a home for follow-ups — people and promises — not a notes app and not financial or debt advice. We collect account details (email, name), follow-ups and people you save, optional calendar event titles from an ICS feed you paste, captures you forward or paste, and billing metadata needed to run the service.

Auth is handled by Firebase. Payments use Stripe (TEST mode during live testing). Optional capture assist uses Google Gemini. Transactional email (verify, feedback) and inbound capture at token@inbox.neverdrop.uk use Resend. We never scrape your mailbox — only messages you forward to your capture address, or paste in Settings, become captures.

Calendar: only a public ICS / Apple iCloud Public Calendar webcal link you choose. We do not request iOS Calendar permissions.
